With some forty years experience of working with willow from the growing, harvesting, then to weaving it into sculptural forms. Most creative works explore the dynamic ecology of regeneration, with new growth either allowed to dominate or trimmed back and tamed. Research shows that degrading willow material (as compost or mulch) supports healthy root zones for new growth.
